We’re traveling from out of state and we got a hole in our sidewall. We went to 3 tire shops before calling Autumn at Neal’s. She jumped every hoop and took every corner to help get us back on the road, and we couldn’t be more thankful or appreciative of the team that did the labor. Otherwise, we would have been stuck here for another 3-5 days :( We will always remember her kindness and everybody going above and beyond.

Either grossly incompetent or outright scammers. Took a flat for repair, had the replacement go bad within 600 miles. Informed that because I didn't specifically ask for an alignment the new and already destroyed tire had a voided warranty. Put yet another replacement on, which fell off the rim at less than 200 miles. Avoid these clowns at all cost

I called on a Monday and they were able to get me in Wed a.m. My brakes were making a weird noise, and they checked it out and replaced my rear brakes & rotors for free as they were under warranty from approx 15 mos ago. They had the new parts installed and my car was ready to pick up by 1:00 that day! Very impressed with their fast service!

Autumn was very helpful and kept me informed through the whole process of getting my car fixed. Out of all the shops I called Neal's was the best quote out of all of them. Definitely would recommend.

I always have a great experience at Neal Tire & Auto Service in Bloomington. The team, Ed and Autumn are fantastic! They’re consistently professional, efficient, and trustworthy—my oil changes and tire rotations are always handled quickly with excellent customer service. Recently I brought a vehicle in I am going to purchase and they looked it over with great care. If I need a shuttle ride, they assist. The customer care and quality work is excellent.
